At SuperBike Factory, we need a Quality Assurance Officer who can review, refine, and raise the bar for how we engage with customers. You’ll play a key role in making sure our teams follow procedures, deliver great service, and stay compliant with industry regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Listening & Assessing - Reviewing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Spotting Trends - Analysing data to identify recurring issues, helping us fix problems before they escalate.
Providing Feedback - Coaching teams, delivering constructive feedback, and driving better customer outcomes.
Ensuring Compliance - Keeping us on track with FCA regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
Investigating & Resolving Issues - Handling complex complaints, FCA cases, and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) while keeping accurate records.

QA Experience - You’ve worked in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance, reviewing work and giving structured feedback.
Customer Service Background - You know what great service sounds like because you’ve worked in a call centre or customer-facing role.
Regulated Industry Knowledge - You understand FCA guidelines, financial services, or another highly regulated sector.
Strong Analytical Skills - You can break down interactions, spot patterns, and suggest solutions that improve processes.
