The Change Partners are currently working with an iconic Travel brand who are hiring a Business Analyst.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for scoping requirements for a new booking system implementation.

Key responsibilities:
Own delivery of requirements for the booking system, working with PMO and technical teams.
Problem identification, solution design and technical specification delivery.
Create Business and functional requirement documents.
Build use case and models for user interaction.
Build process models for improvements and traveability matrix to link with deliverables.
Maintain the requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
Confirm benefits of requirements and prioritisation.
Process mapping, build out schematics (across functional and technical) and create workflows.
Analyse data and produce wider insights for the teams.
Engage with stakeholders cross-functionally and at all levels.
Understand and utilise API data.
Create detailed business requirements for IT, commerical and digital teams.

Your experience:
At least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with travel booking systems would be ideal, though similar experience will be considered.
Strong experience across Analysis, building requirements, presenting to stakeholders and project mapping.
English (required) and French (nice to have) speaking.

The ideal candidate must possess specific knowledge of securities, including debt and equity, as well as trading securities. Our team is responsible for safeguarding and optimising the Group’s balance sheet and ensuring that the Group’s entities adhere to the liquidity risk management framework. The purpose of this role is to support the Liquidity Team by collaborating with the business and other stakeholders to enhance the Bank’s securities collateral capabilities. The role holder will demonstrate expertise in liquidity and funding, playing an instrumental role in Treasury’s Securities workstream. They will take ownership of key topics and lead the development and implementation of the securities collateral workstream globally.
