Position Summary:

Our Global Partner Sales Leader at Perforce is searching for a Director of Partner Sales to join the team. For focused individuals who thrive in an environment of change and who have demonstrated a highly successful sales track record, this position provides high visibility and extraordinary financial rewards. Partnering with the right set of systems integrators and value-added resellers, you will help to identify incremental sales opportunities and/or accelerate existing sales campaigns. A Perforce partner has the opportunity to augment Perforce’s professional services delivery teams. Our goal is to virtualize our sales coverage with a noncompeting and joint selling channel program. The Perforce channel program will provide a platform for partners to invest in building a long-term and financially rewarding business relationship with Perforce.

Responsibilities:


Prospecting to enterprise companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social media etc
Leverage Sales Development Managers to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas or vertical markets
Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce.com
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Delphix products
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Travel: 60% within EMEA



Requirements:


7+ years of direct enterprise software executive sales experience
5+ of those years in Alliance and Channel Sales
3+ of those years in a management capacity
Knowledge of Partners
Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
Proven track record on closing seven figure transactions
Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
Comfort with an enterprise, transactional and subscription licensing sales models
Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships
Technical acumen, with the ability to relate it with business value
Understanding of how to structure complex deals
High intellect and the capacity to multitask
Excellent qualifying and closing skills
Strong writing and language skills
Bachelor's degree or higher
