People Operations Administrator

We are looking for an experienced People Operations Administrator to join our growing HR team. The role will be responsible for managing all HR administration, assisting with people projects and the main point of contact for any HRIS questions across the business (WorkDay).

Reporting into our People Operations Partner this is an ideal role for a strong people/HR administrator that is interested in developing within a systems dedicated role across a leading creative agency.

Key Tasks

Manage the New S tarter P rocess:

Issuing contracts of employment and new starter packs
Responsible for adding new starters to our People system
Responsible for completing the first day HR induction process (Health & Safety Tours, Access Passes etc.).
Responsible for reference administration
Complete IT set up and extensions when required
Ensure all new starters complete mandatory training including, but not limited to:
WPP Compliance Training
IPA Training
Company Induction
First day/week induction and onboarding

Manage the Leaver Process:

Responsible for processing leavers in our People systems
Ensure Leavers Letters are issued in a timely manner and set up exit interviews.
Ensure that employee IT access is shut down on last day and all equipment is collected

Provide payroll support - supporting during the monthly payroll process and provide support on employee payroll and benefit questions

Workday - the Workday 'Guardian' or 'Oracle' - be the main point of contact for Workday queries and support for the wider People team with any updates/changes.

Support With Other Employee Lifecycle Processes

Coordinate probationary period administration and contract extensions, along with any Fixed Term to Permanent conversions
Provide support to People Team in handling employee relation concerns.
Ensure employee data and personnel files are accurate and compliant with GDPR and internal standards
Provide support on projects and initiatives as needed.
Manage all regular reporting for the People team - including weekly Starters/Leavers report, Work Anniversaries and any additional adhoc reporting

Requirements:

Workday experience is essential
First and foremost, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience
You will have great communication skills and be a real 'People Person'
You will have an excellent attention to detail
You will have experience working at a similar level within the UK market
You will have a proven ability to effectively manage and administer processes and programmes
You will be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
You will have the ability to foster strong, credible relationships with employees
You will the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Prior knowledge of People and Business systems is beneficial but not essential
