Poste et missions
Vous rejoignez l’équipe IT GBCR Trade Finance au sein de Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking qui recherche un développeur pour une alternance d'un an à partir de septembre 2025.
Dans cette équipe, nous sommes en charge du développement et de la maintenance du parc applicatif de l’activité de trade finance. Dans le cadre de notre transformation digitale, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) motivé(e) et passionné(e) par l'innovation et les nouvelles technologies. Vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à la mise en place de Proofs of Concept (POC) utilisant l'intelligence artificielle pour améliorer les solutions informatiques fournies à nos métiers et faire évoluer nos pratiques au quotidien. Vous interviendrez également sur des projets de développement d’applications pour nos métiers (back end et front end) en fonction des besoins de la feuille de route.
En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :
Capturer et identifier des cas d'usage en collaboration avec les équipes métier pour déterminer les besoins et les opportunités d'amélioration à travers l'IA ;
Analyser les cas d'usage : évaluer la faisabilité et l'impact potentiel des cas identifiés ;
Concevoir des POC en utilisant des techniques d'intelligence artificielle adaptées aux besoins identifiés ;
Assurer la conduite du changement en accompagnant les équipes IT dans l'implémentation des solutions et en promouvant les nouvelles pratiques en matière d'efficacité opérationnelle ;
Rédiger des rapports d'avancement et des documentations techniques pour garantir le suivi des projets ;
Intervenir sur des projets de développement d’applications pour nos métiers (back end et front end) en fonction des besoins de la feuille de route.

Profil et compétences requises
Étudiant de niveau Bac+4/5, vous préparez un diplôme en école d'ingénieur, avec une spécialisation en informatique, data science ou IA.
Vous maîtrisez les langages de programmation Python, Java et JavaScript, ainsi que les frameworks Spring Boot et React. Vous êtes familiarisé avec les outils de data science, les frameworks d'IA et les modèles de langage (LLMs).
Capable d'analyser des données et de proposer des solutions innovantes, vous êtes autonome, proactif et apprécié pour votre esprit d'équipe et vos compétences en communication.
Vous aimez appliquer vos compétences techniques à des problèmes concrets et vous êtes curieux d'approfondir vos connaissances dans le domaine de la banque d'investissement.
