About

BI Reporting Analyst- London- 4 Months- £250- £275 Umbrella

A global SaaS company are looking for an experienced BI Reporting Analyst to join their team on an initial 4 month assignment. The successful candidate will help drive sales productivity through developing new data models via SQL and new reporting. The role will have a wide variety of data projects from performance reporting, customer conversion, segmentation among other work.

Responsibilities

Work independently and take full ownership of data and reporting projects, collaborating with global teams where needed
Elicit requirements from stakeholders and turn business questions into reporting
Influence stakeholders to follow global processes and create best in class new processes which can be rolled out globally
Adaptable with data modelling and manipulation, using problem- solving skills in a methodical and logical approach
Requirements gathering and working in a project environment
Drive analytical projects end to end

Skills/ Experience

3+ years experience in data manipulation and modelling primarily through SQL
3+ years experience developing on BI Tools, in particular Qlik Products. Qliksense, Qlikview
Experience extracting data from complex Data lakes
Experience manipulating data to build data models

Creating and updating data protection policies and ROPA. Conducting transfer risk assessments, impact assessments, and data mapping to support business activities. Providing advice and internal training on data protection best practice to ensure this is embedded in all operations. Key requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data protection, with a track record of successful implementation of data privacy frameworks. International experience with a group company. CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of data protection legislation including EU and UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR. Experience working with Private Equity or startup environment would be helpful. Strong communication skills.
