BI Reporting Analyst - Very Strong SQL User
4-Month Contract
Day rate: £280/day inside IR35

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join a dynamic Customer Success team on a 4-month contract. This role requires a strong technical background, especially in SQL, as you will be expected to demonstrate your SQL proficiency during the interview process. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards that focus on analysing revenue-generating activities and customer experience metrics. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to create user-friendly, executive-level dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Day to Day:
Maintain Digital Recommendations reporting and add new use cases.
Support the CS analytics team on experiments related to revenue-generating activities.
Maintain Agent Recommendations reporting and provide insights to the Growth & Retention teams.
Improve Retention reporting to reflect revenue metrics.
Support the transition of data structures from the existing market model to a new regional model.
Support Growth & Retention business reviews with insights to enhance revenue-generating programs.
Create dashboards to visualize end-to-end customer journeys, supporting improvements in the Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dashboard Development:
Design and build interactive, intuitive dashboards to monitor retention and revenue-generating activities.
Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to integrate data and support dashboard creation.
Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis.
2. Experimentation:
Support the Growth & Retention teams by analysing and reporting on A/B testing results.
Provide historical data for key metrics to establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand reporting needs and refine dashboard functionalities.
Present data-driven insights to business stakeholders and executives in a clear, concise manner.
4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data governance and quality control.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues quickly.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SQL for reporting, querying, data manipulation, and ensuring robust data solutions. This skill will be rigorously tested during the interview process.
Proven experience in building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Qliksense, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
Industry Experience:
Experience with call center data, including understanding relevant metrics and KPIs.
Familiarity with web data and digital support tools, along with associated KPIs.
