THE ROLE

(6 month Fixed-Term Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help attract the best candidates for our open positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow within the talent acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status.
Assist with creating and posting job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with company standards.
Help manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to build strong business relationships with the Smart team and the candidates.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Subsea7 is seeking a SCM Data Analyst to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. We are open to applicants from Aberdeen, London or Paris. With ever increasing importance placed on data analytics, the need to ensure this data is managed and governed appropriately is critical to deliver predictable performance. Working closely with the SCM Director of Governance and Sustainability, the Group SCM Data Analyst will support the SCM Function by identifying and co-ordinating the visualisation of all material SCM data globally. A key aspect of the role will be the analysis and trending of data, looking for opportunities for business improvement and to change the way that we deliver our work. The successful candidate will have an impact on our business at a Group level, raising awareness of how our Company operates and critically how we can improve our competitiveness. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, keen to learn and take on more responsibility and able to work autonomously. Although the role is focused on SCM data analysis, there will be opportunities to support other Group SCM activities. What will you be doing? Interact with IT and SCM Corporate to support request for processing, manipulation and examination of SCM data from various sources into consolidated and user-friendly formats and reports. Extract information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns, using statistical or AI tools. Provide data analysis from SAP and other digitalisation-related systems deployed across SCM. Support the business in reaching their targets and performance metrics, including but not limited to Sustainability objectives, by coordinating supplier screening efforts. Support the business in the adoption of common codification for procurement and logistics activities. Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure SCM data accuracy and integrity. Performance Monitoring Cash Management: Work with Finance to monitor global SCM payment terms and explore opportunities to optimise our cash management by Regions/Business Units and type of activity. Productivity: Develop and track global and regional indicators by type of activity. Enable Global Process Owners to reap the benefits of digitalisation. Cost of Loss & Knowledge Management: Analyse Cost of Loss (COL) and Supplier Performance Issues (SPI) data associated to SCM activities and ensure that key learnings and takeaways are properly captured and disseminated across the SCM organisation.
