Drive impactful customer experiences as a Senior Solutions Consultant with a leading company in the digital experience space. Partnering with sales, you'll guide customers toward innovative solutions that address their unique business challenges using cutting-edge technology. This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in customer experience and make a significant impact on a global scale.

This is a 12-month contract role aimed to start ASAP. Our client works on a hybrid model where you will be required to work onsite in their London, Shoreditch, office 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel to client offices. The role comes with a gross PAYE rate of up to £36.65 per hour, equivalent to £66,703 per annum, pro rata, depending on your level of experience. The role also comes with sales commission and includes up to 33 days of holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in nurturing deals from initial contact to successful closure. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients across the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa, offering strategic guidance on how technology can solve their business problems.

Responsibilities:
Lead the technical discovery process, understanding client needs and translating them into effective technology solutions.
Develop comprehensive solutions using digital experience technologies that align with customer objectives and deliver measurable value.
Collaborate with internal teams of experts to bring solutions to life for the customer, showcasing the value and benefits of the technology.
Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional growth.
Navigate customer challenges proactively, ensuring smooth implementation and successful outcomes.
Act as a subject matter expert on customer experience (CX) solutions, effectively communicating their value and benefits to clients.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the power of the technology.
Manage projects effectively, coordinating internal resources throughout the sales cycle.
Contribute to pipeline generation activities, such as events and conferences, expanding the company's reach and impact.
Continuously update your knowledge of the latest product releases and industry trends, maintaining a cutting-edge perspective.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Solid background in Customer Experience across data, content, marketing automation, and other related technologies.
Experience working in the technology sector within the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa, with an existing network in these regions being highly advantageous.
Excellent business and technology discovery skills, including the ability to listen, assess, dissect, and solve complex problems.
Proven experience leading internal teams and presenting solutions to customers.
Strong history of successfully navigating customer challenges and achieving positive resolutions.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Knowledge of effective sales and demo methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Previous experience mentoring, coaching, and training new and junior team members.
Strong history of exceeding sales quotas or customer success metrics.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently, consistently exceeding expectations.
Proactive attitude towards driving change and innovation for customers.
Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
