Job Specifications
Rattaché(e) au Manager de l’équipe Architecture (au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information), vous serez en charge de définir, documenter et piloter l’architecture cible pour le périmètre des outils Backoffice et des solutions IoT.
Votre mission sera de garantir l’alignement entre les besoins métiers, les contraintes techniques et la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec votre binôme fonctionnel pour adresser les sujets en cours (plateforme IoT, projet Salesforce PMT) et structurer les processus métiers afin de définir une roadmap pour l’année prochaine.
Vos missions clés :
Définition de Roadmap et Transformation des Processus
Élaborer la roadmap du périmètre en collaboration avec le binôme fonctionnel.
Prioriser les sujets stratégiques (ex : plateforme IoT, projet Salesforce PMT).
Être force de proposition pour transformer les processus métiers, les outils et les méthodes de travail existants.
Définition et Documentation de l’Architecture
Définir l’architecture cible pour le périmètre Backoffice et IoT.
Formaliser et cartographier l’architecture existante :
Identifier les applications, leurs responsabilités, les processus et fonctionnalités en place.
Documenter les intégrations entre les différents outils (ex : ThingsBoard avec le SI, Salesforce avec les outils métiers).
Études et Accompagnement
Accompagner la direction des opérations sur les choix techniques liés à l’IoT (intégration produit, sécurité).
Réaliser des études technologiques et conseiller sur les approches à adopter (make or buy).
Piloter et/ou réaliser des PoCs techniques pour valider les solutions envisagées.
Accompagner techniquement les prestations externalisées (ex : Talan pour Salesforce).
Accompagnement des Directions Métiers
Créer un lien fort avec les Directions Métiers pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Standardiser et pérenniser les outils existants tout en préparant leur évolution future.
Éviter les « surcustomisations » des progiciels en définissant des rôles et responsabilités clairs pour chaque outil.
Objectifs à Court Terme :
Projet IoT :
Définir l’architecture globale de l’intégration de la plateforme ThingsBoard.
Documenter les spécifications techniques (ex : intégrations API, gestion des protocoles LoRa).
Valider l’urbanisme auprès du Codir.
Projet Salesforce PMT :
Accompagner la mise en œuvre de l’outil de gestion de projet pour les Opérations.
S’assurer que l’outil soit opérationnel avant la fin de l’année.
Compétences Techniques Requises
Architecture d’entreprise : Capacité à définir une urbanisation fonctionnelle et technique.
Intégration : Compréhension des problématiques d’intégration (API, microservices).
Sécurité : Connaissance des exigences RSSI et capacité à détecter les risques.
Réseaux : Maîtrise des concepts réseau pour comprendre les interactions entre les outils.
IoT (un plus) : Connaissance des écosystèmes IoT (protocoles, standards, etc.).
Cloud : Familiarité avec AWS serait un plus.
Qualités Personnelles et Soft Skills
Leadership : Capacité à fédérer les équipes autour d’une vision commune.
Communication : Aptitude à échanger avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.
Autonomie et force de proposition : Capacité à proposer des solutions tout en travaillant en transverse.

Formation : BAC+5 en école d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
