Description du poste et Missions

Facilitation du cadre Agile
Organiser et animer les cérémonies Scrum (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Rétrospective).
Accompagner l’équipe dans l’adoption et l’amélioration continue des pratiques Agile.
Supprimer les obstacles et s’assurer que l’équipe dispose des ressources nécessaires.
Encourager la collaboration et la communication au sein de l’équipe.
Amélioration continue et performance de l’équipe
Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance Agile (velocity, burndown chart, lead time, etc.).
Favoriser une culture du feedback et d’apprentissage continu.
Aider l’équipe à identifier et à résoudre les dysfonctionnements.
Sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques du développement agile.
Accompagnement des parties prenantes
Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner pour garantir un backlog clair et bien priorisé.
Assurer la communication entre les équipes de développement, le Product Owner et les parties prenantes.
Former et sensibiliser les équipes métier aux principes Agiles.
Gestion des risques et résolution des problèmes
Identifier et anticiper les risques pouvant impacter les sprints.
Aider à la résolution des conflits et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Assurer une veille méthodologique et technologique.

Compétences requises

Compétences techniques

Maîtrise du cadre Scrum et des méthodologies Agile (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Expérience en animation des cérémonies Agile.
Connaissance des outils de gestion Agile (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Compréhension des enjeux du développement logiciel et des cycles de vie produit.

Compétences Comportementales (Soft Skills)

Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
Capacité à fédérer et motiver une équipe.
Esprit analytique et aptitude à la résolution de problèmes.
Pédagogie et capacité d’adaptation.

Profil recherché

Formation : Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique, gestion de projet ou équivalent.
Expérience : Minimum [X] années d’expérience en tant que Scrum Master ou dans un rôle Agile
Certifications souhaitées :
PSM I / II (Professional Scrum Master)
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master
