Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bolton, with some work from home acceptable. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting issues and applying your analytical skills to solve problems efficiently.
