Your new role:
Strategy Execution: Develop and maintain a cohesive product strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives and ensures system adaptability.
Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, translating business needs into system solutions while driving efficiency and integration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic business outcomes and present updates on key initiatives.
Agile & Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion Agile methodologies, leveraging data insights and KPIs to measure success and optimize prioritisation.
Product Performance: Monitor and refine products based on analytics, customer feedback, and evolving business requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven leadership in Product Management, leading product teams in systems development and digital transformation.
Strong expertise in automation, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise SaaS.
Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
A Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Description Overview of the job The Business Manager post within the Function or Cluster provides support to the Head of Operational Function, including making recommendations to them about operational and administrative requirements. The jobholder acts as an interface between the Head of Operational Function and Divisional Hub, cluster staff and other agencies on a wide range of issues. This is a non-operational post although an understanding of the wide range of Probation procedures, and policies across the organisation both operationally and at HQ are required.
