Required & nice to have Skills:
Must Haves:
At least 5 years of in-depth and hands-on experience in Retail Banking products and their life cycles, processes and their implementation
Must have seen banks closely in terms of their people, process and technology, and participated in their transformation journey
Has implementation experience with core banking solutions; or have dealt with credits/mortgage life cycles including due diligence/loan origination, loan monitoring etc.; or has experience with cards and payments
At least 5 years of experience with business analysis / capturing business requirements, requirements elicitation / software implementation
Experience with coordination among multiple stakeholders ensuring a properly tested delivery is made to the business to meet their objective
Experience with financial risk and regulatory reporting
Good understanding of the logical data models and data lineage concepts
Comfortable in using SQL
Work experience in Agile environment, hands-on experience with SAFe ceremonies
Well aware of GDPR and other data privacy/security regulations and best practices; have dealt in with the aspects in different implementations
Master’s degree
Proficiency in english language
Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow
Written and oral communication skills in Dutch
Experience with data governance tools like Collibra, Axon etc
Working experience in Belgium or Central Europe
In-depth awareness of BASEL, ECB, EBA regulations and technical standards in Retail Banking area
Experience with Insurance is a plus
Experience with mainframe applications is a plus
