Pour renforcer notre département ICT, nous recherchons un Senior Product Manager Cloud (H/F/X). En tant que responsable de notre équipe Cloud, vous gérez les services AWS et Azure et jouez un rôle clé dans le développement et l’optimisation de notre infrastructure cloud.

Ce Que Vous Allez Réaliser Chez Nous

En tant que Senior Product Manager Cloud, vous prenez la tête de notre équipe Cloud. Vos responsabilités incluent :

Leadership et gestion d’équipe
Motiver, coacher et diriger l’équipe Cloud et le FinOps Manager.
Stimuler une ambiance d’équipe positive et axée sur la performance.
Définir des objectifs et superviser les entretiens d’évaluation.
Gestion technique et optimisation
Gérer et optimiser l’infrastructure Cloud (AWS, Azure) conformément aux SLA.
Superviser le fonctionnement des outils de surveillance et garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
Automatiser les processus répétitifs et suivre les tendances technologiques.
Collaborer avec l’architecte Cloud et les équipes d’ingénierie pour élaborer des feuilles de route de plateforme.
Garantir que les normes Cloud de BAC sont respectées au sein de l’ensemble de l’organisation.
Soutien opérationnel et processus
Documenter et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP).
Suivre et gérer les demandes de service, incidents, problèmes, plans d’amélioration, changements et projets.
Conseiller le Service Manager IaaS sur les investissements futurs dans les solutions Cloud.
Surveiller la collaboration avec les fournisseurs de services gérés et les clients internes.
Gestion de projets et gestion budgétaire
Diriger des projets/sprints Cloud, y compris le reporting au Service Manager IaaS.
Identifier les risques de projets et élaborer des plans de mitigation.
Gérer et défendre les budgets pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.

Ce Qui Vous Distingue

Expertise : Connaissance approfondie des environnements Cloud (AWS, Azure) et des services associés, y compris Control Tower, RDS, Security Hub, Terraform et Kubernetes.
Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement IT Cloud et expérience en gestion d’équipe.
Communication : Excellentes compétences en communication (néerlandais, anglais et de préférence français).
Compétences personnelles : Orientation client, résistance au stress, flexibilité et capacité à expliquer des concepts complexes de manière compréhensible.
Technologie et innovation : Vous suivez de près les évolutions de votre domaine et implémentez les innovations pertinentes.
FinOps : Expérience dans la gestion et l’optimisation des coûts Cloud (FinOps).
Outils : Expérience avec les outils Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
Formation : Diplôme de bachelier en informatique ou équivalent par expérience.
