Job Description:
The EMEA Growth Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Paid Media Manager to work alongside the team to develop and implement the Paid Media strategy for our EMEA Digital Media business.
Reporting to the Principal Advertising Manager for Creative Cloud, you will help craft thoughtful and exciting strategies for multi-channel media executions across the full funnel, working with our agency partners to implement these to an outstanding standard. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in digital media channels, including Display & Paid Social, to ensure recommendations are consistently delivered while maintaining oversight of campaign performance and sharing insights with the wider business
What you’ll do
Support all aspects of strategy, planning and execution of media planning to grow top-of-funnel and usage-based metrics for our key products
Manage creative handoffs for promotions, paid media creative refreshes and product launches, collaborating closely with internal teams, creative/media agencies and media platforms
Communicate regularly with our media & creative agencies and internal teams on campaign performance, optimisations and delivery status, delivering against media goals measured across the funnel, ensuring wider teams are aware of the latest trends we are seeing in our campaigns
Understand our audiences and ensure they receive relevant, engaging and creative content
Lead on testing methodologies, reporting requirements and tracking needs to ensure full impact and efficiency across all our campaigns
Be vocal in marketing review forums, delivering campaign insights in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
Help to drive innovation through our media plans, working with our agency and key partners to unlock new creative testing opportunities
Closely collaborate with your manager, regional marketing, web, creative and campaign teams to ensure we are fully aligned, supported and maximising our efforts
What's needed to succeed
BA/BS/LLB degree required
Experience at an agency, publisher, vendor or client with a minimum of five years' experience running Paid Social campaigns
Strong numerical skills, with the ability to uncover actionable performance and creative insights
Exceptional attention to detail is essential to excelling in this role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of how paid media integrates with other marketing channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – can comfortably build reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
Organised and capable of balancing multiple projects and requests
History of self-direction, creativity and ability to meet or exceed goals
Knowledge and proficiency in European languages is a bonus but not essential
