Scrum Master / Program Manager

Our client is a leading asset management firm. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master to drive key digital web initiatives that will transform our client's digital presence and enhance user experience across platforms.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of digital web projects from conceptualization to deployment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on Agile leadership to deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of digital web initiatives including planning, development, testing, and launch
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery of digital platforms and web applications
Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments for development teams
Partner with UX designers, developers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and product excellence
Track and report on key metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and platform performance
Develop strategic roadmaps that accelerate digital capabilities and align with business objectives
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in web development
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing digital web projects and leading development teams
Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience is essential - must have facilitated Agile ceremonies and coached teams in Agile practices
Technical background in software engineering or computer science
Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Java, React, or similar technologies
Proven track record of delivering complex web initiatives in a financial services environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Ability to navigate multiple initiatives and stakeholder priorities simultaneously
