About The Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Innovation Lab Data Scientist to join our team and drive cutting-edge artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and a passion for developing innovative AI solutions.

Key Tasks

Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI algorithms to address real-world challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing platforms
Conduct research and stay current with AI trends to suggest improvements to existing systems
Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders
Develop and deploy LLM-based pipelines involving patterns like RAG, Agentic workflows, and PEFT
Implement DevOps practices using tools like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure continuous integration and delivery
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in software development with relevant work in ML & LLM app development
Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Experience with API frameworks (e.g., Fast API, Django)
Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong experience with LLM patterns, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), and SDKs (e.g., Langchain, DSPy)
Knowledge of software engineering practices, version control, and Agile methodologies
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and related patterns like RAG

Desired Skills

Experience in production deployments involving thousands of users
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with Data Bricks
