Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled AI & Data Analyst to drive digital transformation in our Safety Management System (SMS) across Europe. The successful candidate will leverage AI, data analytics, and software development to enhance risk management, compliance, and operational performance in ground handling activities. This role involves developing applications, dashboards, and AI-driven risk models to replace traditional paper-based systems and improve decision-making for all levels of management.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract and sits within our European business unit.

What You Will Be Doing

Research and implement AI/ML solutions in SMS to enhance risk detection and mitigation.
Develop predictive analytics models to analyse past incident reports and forecast high-risk scenarios.
Utilise Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automate analysis of safety reports and detect trends.
Design and maintain risk scoring algorithms to assess and prioritise operational hazards.
Develop AI-based root cause analysis systems to identify patterns and suggest preventive measures.
Design and implement real-time dashboards displaying safety metrics, incident tracking, and compliance data.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and AI-driven predictive modelling.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience in API development & system integration.
