Job Description

Netcompany is looking for a Delivery Manager to drive forward our delivery capability and deliver the optimum solutions to the clients. As a Delivery Manager, in our Application Development unit, you will be working on a variety of projects. Based in London this is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting, innovative, prestigious and forward-thinking technology-enabled organisations in the UK.

Must Have Experience with the GDS Framework and Public Sector

Key responsibilities:

Proven track record of delivering complex projects within project and program management roles that achieve real business outcomes and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
History of leading large technology and business change projects from the front with experience of scoping overall project deliverables, as well as timeframes to work within
Strong scrum master experience, delivering following Agile methodology and Kanban
Managed system integration projects that span technologies as well as third party suppliers as part of a client’s ecosystem
An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships

Qualifications

Extensive experience in delivering complex projects within project and program management roles
Experience in public sector
Knowledge of Software delivery lifecycle
Hybrid working model
Occasional travel
An ability to communicate clearly to management, team members and customers about project, program and business matters that builds trust and creates strong relationships
Financial management of projects in excess of £1M including estimation, cost control and commercial negotiation of existing and new opportunities.
Contributed to a wider community of professionals providing knowledge sharing, support and mentorship to more junior members of the organisation to improve their effectiveness.
