The Visual Merchandiser plays an important role in the brand presentation of our flagship store and will ensure best in class VM and execution according to regional and global guidelines. Will directly report into and collaborate closely with Flagship Visual Merchandising Coordinator. Analyse weekly sale figures & KPI’s and initiates commercial actions to achieve commercial goals.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Uphold and deliver the highest level of execution in visual merchandising and brand presentation.
Ensures timely execution of all promotional and commercial activities including monthly VM floorsets.
Contribute to visual walk throughs on bestselling product & store KPI’s with Department Manager.
Ensures new product is placed on the shop floor considering seasonal visual guidelines and in a timely manner upon receipt.
Monitor product levels and react to sell through in partnership with Department Manager & Store Manager.
Ensures mannequins and merchandise are set according to guidelines and refreshed as needed.
Setup and breakdown of promotions.
Accountability for the Marketing calendar and programming of the store on a regular basis
Ownership over all in store POS, organization, implementation, and installation.
Coach and train teams on New Balance brand aesthetic and Visual Merchandising practices.
Provide insight and feedback to Store associates ensuring teams have up-to-date product knowledge and can maintain regional and global directives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Approximately 1-year experience as a visual merchandiser
Experience in using and interpreting retail KPIs’
Team-player

Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening

As the Infrastructure Lead, you will oversee and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and scalability. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and optimize the infrastructure environment and lead infrastructure-related projects to support the company's growth and technology objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, deployment, and management of infrastructure solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments. Manage and optimize networking components, including Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto Networks (or Panorama).
