We are recruiting a freelance ServiceNow Architect role for HCL's Client in London, United Kingdom:
Duration: 6-12 months + extensions
Location: Central London (2 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Perform software configuration and customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integrations, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations, adhering to ServiceNow best practices and ACE alignment.
Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions.
Develop, design, and deploy new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
Research new ServiceNow functionality and recommend solutions that add customer value.
Design and deliver technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
Provide leadership in technical initiatives and generate detailed solution documentation.
Communicate solutions effectively and conduct demonstrations for customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, upgrades, and development.
Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
Administration expertise in ServiceNow, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, and catalog items.
Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, tool configuration, design, and deployment.
Ability to develop and customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Experience with System/Process Automation (Orchestration).
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, and Jelly.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification preferred.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
