We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Awareness of key concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Cloud computing skills: Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure including respective cloud shell, serverless and other cloud native and offerings.
Have a working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) including pipeline design/implementation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and techniques or Containerisation skills.
Experience working as or with business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design solutions.
Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design and deliver solutions. Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of technical knowledge. Some experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
Demonstrate an ability to problem solve while confidently and effectively manage relationships, communication and delivery upwards across internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new clients or technologies.
Can demonstrate an understanding and practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, understanding the differences between both and would embrace working in the appropriate methodology as needed.
Experience in developing strong and collaborative relationships with external clients / customers
Collaboration skills: must have excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as developers, testers, and operations personnel.
Must have excellent problem solving and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members.
Set yourself apart:
Experience of working in the health and public sector, if not then an interest to work with public sector clients and to build your knowledge of delivering solutions for the UK Government, Defence, Security Agencies and Public Safety.
Experience of working in a multi-cloud experience ((including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud), with an understanding of the various platforms and tools.
