FT – 35 hours per week

Hybrid – Home / Hub working (London or Enbrook, Folkestone)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Application Support Engineer to join our IT operations team here at Saga, on an 8-month fixed-term contract, supporting and maintaining critical IT infrastructure applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple products, which can include Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zscaler and CyberArk PAM, ensuring seamless operations and security compliance. You will also work with Conditional Access policies, MFA best practices, PowerShell scripting, and secure file transfers (GoAnywhere MFT) to enhance system efficiency and security.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in cloud networking, security protocols, and automation; overseeing and maintaining either Microsoft 365 Services (including Entra), or Zscaler products.

Hybrid – Home / Hub working, your allocated Hub will be in either London or Folkestone, depending on your location. You have the flexibility to be predominantly home based but may be required to visit either hub occasionally during the contract to meet the team.

Role Responsibility

Microsoft 365 and Entra Management:  Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the organization's infrastructure.
Conditional Access and MFA Implementation:  Implement and manage Microsoft Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to bolster security measures.
SharePoint and OneDrive Support:  Provide administration and support for SharePoint and OneDrive platforms, ensuring efficient collaboration and data management.
Zscaler Product Administration:  Manage and support Zscaler products, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and ZCC, to enhance network security and performance.
CyberArk PAM Administration:  Administer CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials.
GoAnywhere MFT Management:  Oversee the GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (SFTP) solution, ensuring secure and reliable file transfers.
PowerShell Scripting:  Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance system administration efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

Required:

Demonstrates proven experience in infrastructure application support, with a strong understanding of system administration and application support.
Certifications:  Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 certifications, networking certifications, or Zscaler certifications, are advantageous.
Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Desirable:

Experience with Windows Autopilot for device deployment and management.
Knowledge of Entra ID synchronization processes and tools.
Understanding of Active Directory management and maintenance.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing models and billing processes.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and their implementation.
Experience with cloud networking principles and security best practices.
