Are you a Data Analyst that cares a lot about the quality of data?
We are working with a renowned global organization on a high profile programme and we need a Data Quality Analyst to come in a support.
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in the success of this project by ensuring clean, accurate, and reliable data.
You’ll be responsible for:
Executing data matching processes using provided tools
Performing manual data analysis & clean up to resolve errors
Liaising with site teams to clarify and correct data discrepancies
Utilising Python scripting to automate quality checks and data transformations
We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst that has:
Experience in data quality analysis, data governance, or related roles
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation
Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting issues
Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach
Strong communication skills to work with site teams across different regions

- Power BI Developer - Hybrid Working Our client, a national automotive company, are currently looking to hire a Power BI Developer to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working, with the client site based in Basingstoke. The aim of this role is to deliver robust and sustainable Power BI solutions to stakeholders across the business, with a strong focus on delivering tools which directly support business teams to meet their commercial and operational objectives. In this role you will work as part of a team to design, develop, roll out and support Power BI solutions for a range of different business stakeholders. You will maintain the Power BI semantic models and reports, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and they continue to perform as expected. Responsibilities: Liaise with stakeholders to respond to data queries, troubleshoot issues, and gather user requirements that support future BI solutions. Design and develop those future BI solutions (Power BI semantic models and reports), ensuring they are developed in a way that maximises the value they bring to the business. Provide story point estimates for development work within part of sprint planning activities. Define clear documentation of final solutions to allow for output portability. Proactively look for opportunities where Power BI could be used to replace or enhance existing inadequate reporting. Develop and enhance robust BI processes including development, peer review, testing, and release. Knowledge and Experience: 4 years' experience in building and maintaining reliable and scalable Power BI reporting, dashboards and semantic layers including all aspects of the development lifecycle (build, test, release etc) Strong knowledge of Power BI, particularly with the building of semantic models using large data volumes. Knowledge and experience of Power BI Report Builder is beneficial. A strong proficiency with SQL A keen understanding of data models and data warehouse concepts. Application of these with Databricks and Microsoft Azure is preferred, although experience with equivalent technologies will be taken in to consideration. Experience with modern user experience techniques, including audiences, personas, user stories and user interface design. Able to grasp a situation, structure the challenge and enjoy wrestling with a problem and generating insight.
