This role will require visit to our client office in Leeds once a month. The rest of the time you can be based in either Leeds or London.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Platform Devops Engineer to join our IPM (Integration and Process Management) team. IPM is dedicated to helping businesses to solve their hybrid cloud integration, API management and Process Automation conundrum.
This role is for you if you are an experienced architect with deep understanding of cloud infrastructure DevOps practices and security protocols. We are particularly interested if you have APIGEE or any APIM Tool knowledge.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker Container.
Automate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to ensure efficient software delivery.
Integrate and manage APIs using APIGEE ensuring seamless communication between services.
Implement Anthos Service Mesh for microservices management and security.
Utilize APIGEE Integration and APIGEE API Hub for effective API management.
Deploy and manage APIs in hybrid environments using APIGEE Hybrid and APIGEE OPDK.
Leverage APIGEE X for advanced API management capabilities.
Document APIs using Swagger Hub to ensure clear and concise API documentation.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and operations processes.
Ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place.
Optimize data caching strategies to enhance application performance.
Utilize Google Cloud Armor for application security.
The experience you will need to demonstrate:
Good Understanding and hands-on experience of AWS Solution Design and Services like EC2,ECR, ECS Fargate (Docker, S3 and IAM).
Experience of Infrastructure as Code like Terraform.
Experience of CI CD pipelines.
Good Understanding of Networking.
Good Understanding of any Monitoring tools like Splunk.
Basic APIGEE or any APIM Tool knowledge would be a plus.
