Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation, processing, and issuing of invoices
Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure billing accuracy
Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and discrepancies
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth billing operations
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in billing, accounts, or finance (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems is an advantage
