Dans le cadre du développement de notre communication digitale nous recherchons un(e) Webmaster talentueux(se) pour concevoir et optimiser nos supports digitaux et imprimés. Vous serez au coeur de la communication visuelle et digitale, en alliant créativité et compétences techniques pour offrir une expérience engageante à nos audiences.

Gestion et optimisation web
- Conception, refonte et maintenance de sites internet sous WordPress.
- Intégration et mise à jour de contenus multimédias (textes, images, vidéos).
- Optimisation du référencement naturel (SEO) et amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur.

Création graphique & identité visuelle
- Conception de supports de communication print & digital (flyers, affiches, bannières, visuels pour les réseaux sociaux, etc.).
- Développement d'une charte graphique harmonisée sur tous les supports.
- Création d'animations et de vidéos via Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Communication digitale & réseaux sociaux
- Production et publication de contenus adaptés aux plateformes sociales (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook...).
- Création de visuels percutants et attractifs pour maximiser l'engagement.
- Suivi des tendances et proposition d'idées innovantes pour améliorer la visibilité digitale.

Profil recherché
Compétences techniques :
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Expertise en WordPress (gestion de contenus, personnalisation de thèmes, intégration de plugins).
- Notions en HTML/CSS et en référencement naturel (SEO).
- Aisance avec les outils de gestion de projet et de planification de contenu (ex. Trello).

Qualités personnelles :
- Créativité et sens du détail pour concevoir des visuels impactants.
- Capacité d'adaptation et autonomie dans la gestion des missions.
