We are recruiting a freelance Service Delivery Manager role for our Client in Manchester, United Kingdom:


Duration: 6-12 months + extensions
Location: Manchester (3 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Inside IR35


Key Responsibilities:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SIAM Delivery Manager to join our team in Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in the management and delivery of services across multiple suppliers in a complex multi-sourced environment, ensuring seamless service integration and optimal delivery aligned to our business objectives.
As the SIAM Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational governance of service delivery, ensuring adherence to Service Integration and Management (SIAM) frameworks and best practices. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), and the ability to coordinate and drive performance across various internal teams and external service providers.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end service integration across multiple suppliers, ensuring services are seamlessly delivered to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Lead and enhance the SIAM framework to ensure effective governance, collaboration, and communication between internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
Establish and maintain robust service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL/ITSM best practices.
Oversee the day-to-day management of supplier performance, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.
Facilitate cross-supplier forums and meetings to ensure alignment, resolve disputes, and encourage a culture of partnership.
Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities by ensuring clear responsibilities and processes across suppliers.
Monitor, report, and analyze service performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Act as the point of escalation for service issues and drive timely resolution in line with contractual obligations.
Ensure risk, compliance, and security requirements are met across all service providers.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the services delivered meet or exceed business and end-user expectations.
Contribute to the ongoing maturity of SIAM practices within the organization.


Skills & Experience:


Proven experience in a SIAM Delivery Manager or similar role within a complex, multi-supplier IT environment.
Strong understanding of SIAM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with certification in ITIL v4 (Foundation as a minimum; additional certifications are advantageous).
Demonstrated ability to manage and govern service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and driving continuous improvement.
