Responsibilities
Building dashboards and reports that support our Operations team in monitoring their performance
Building reports that we can send to our customers
Using SQL to get access to our data and building bespoke datasets and dashboards for our customers
Identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes
Talking to the users of your work to understand their needs
Spreadsheet manipulation and analysis

Qualifications
2+ Years experience writing SQL and interrogating data
Want to move beyond Excel for visualisations
Comfortable with hands-on application
Used data visualisation tools like Quicksight and Luzmo
Used AWS, especially RDS, MySQL or S3
Understanding of Python
