AWS Cloud Engineer - £50,000 - LONDON
I'm working with a progressive AWS Partner Managed Service Provider who're dedicated to using AWS technilogies to help their customers improve security, scalability, cost efficiency, and productivity.
They're looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer to join their Cloud Data Support Engineering team based in London. The focus of the role is on supporting existing and future client AWS cloud environments, incident and request management, service improvement leadership, proactive issue prevention, client onboarding, monitoring and event management, root cause analyses, documentation, and on-call participation.
It would be great if you had experience in;
Hands on experience and exposure to a range of AWS services and solutions.
Proficient in managing and troubleshooting AWS environments.
Familiarity with AWS Well architected framework and implementing best practices.
Possess troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Experience with scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Proficient in using monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch) to ensure the health and performance of AWS environments.
Experience with AWS Security services such as Guard Duty, Security Hub and IAM policy management.
This role is based in London and has and office requirement of 2 days a week (Mondays and Thursdays). They offer a competitive salary with great benefits including on call bonus pay.
