We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail - and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
So, what will you be doing?
Alongside your manager, working with leaders across Beauty Pie to build a data-driven culture with experimentation at its heart.
In partnership with the team, help the different functions across Beauty Pie to run more experiments and leverage insights generated to inform our product strategy.
Use your broad exposure to Beauty Pie’s data and priorities to self-identify and recommend areas of optimisation.
Alongside your manager, partner with stakeholders to define experiment objectives and translate business objectives into high impact analytical questions and experiments.
In partnership with the data team, present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Partner with stakeholders and engineering to design high quality experiments, ensuring that best practice is followed and statistical rigor is maintained.
Collaborate with your manager and the wider data team to ensure we deliver impact to the business

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in experimentation and statistics
We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!
You have strong experience working as a product analyst or data scientist focussed statistical inference, preferably for a consumer-focussed business.
You thrive in ambiguity, ask incisive questions, take a structured approach to problem-solving and provide clarity
You enjoy collaborating with data peers, in data engineering and data science
