Descriptif du poste :
Dans le cadre de son développement, Quinten recherche un Senior Software Engineer spécialisé en développement IA/Data. Vous travaillerez sur des projets variés, intégrant des solutions d’intelligence artificielle et de traitement de données, et jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, le développement et l’industrialisation des solutions logicielles à destination de nos clients.
Le rôle vise à assurer à la fois le lead technique sur des projets de développement logiciel (conception, architecture), assurer le maintien et la connaissance technique de la partie frontend des solutions en place et réaliser une partie du développement. L’encadrement et la sélection de profils freelances spécialisés est également demandé.
Vos missions :
Conception de solutions logicielles : Concevoir et développer des applications et plateformes intégrant des solutions d’IA et de Data Science.
Développement: Réaliser les interfaces utilisateur avec React et CSS. Le développement représentera environ 30 % du temps total du poste, avec un focus frontend.
Lead technique : Encadrer des profils externes spécialisés en front-end sur les projets nécessitant une expertise avancée.
Évolution technologique : Contribuer activement au maintien et à l’évolution des technologies utilisées au sein de l’entreprise.
Bonnes pratiques : Définir et améliorer les méthodes de développement logiciel et les standards qualité (CI/CD, tests, documentation, scalabilité, procédures).
Dans l’ensemble de ces situations, vous devrez mettre en pratique votre savoir-faire en termes de process et de bonnes pratiques de développement, mais également en termes de pédagogie et de communication afin de renforcer l’impact opérationnel de vos travaux et de contribuer à l’évolution des compétences en interne.

Profil recherché :
Formation : Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs, université) ou équivalent, en Informatique, Data Science, ou discipline apparentée.
Expérience :
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, incluant des projets d’IA/Data ;
Expérience en tant que lead technique et encadrement d’équipes ;
Connaissance approfondie des architectures logicielles et des bonnes pratiques de développement.
Compétences/Connaissances :
Front-end : React, CSS, gestion de l’état, API REST, API GQL ;
Back-end : Python (FastAPI, Django), PostgreSQL ;
Architecture logicielle : Design patterns, scalabilité, monitoring ;
Connaissances et expérience cloud (AWS/OVH).
