KERCIA SOLUTIONS recherche un/e Site Reliability Engineer
Pour notre établissement de Meylan (Isère / 38), nous recherchons un(e) Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps expérimenté, avec une forte expertise en infrastructure.

Vos missions
Ton poste et tes missions :
En tant que Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps, tu seras un acteur / une actrice stratégique pour garantir la stabilité, la sécurité et l'évolution de nos systèmes et réseaux. Tes responsabilités incluront notamment :
- Créer les infrastructures de cloud privés et on-premise modernes et évolutives basées sur Kubernetes
- Accompagner les équipes techniques pour l'amélioration des performances et de l'observabilité de nos applications
- Maintenir en condition opérationnelle nos plateformes cloud et legacy et les applications déployés
- Suivre et maintenir les équipements/infrastructures existantes et outils internes
- Participer à la résolution des incidents N2/N3, à l'optimisation des performances, au plan de continuité d'activité
Dès ton arrivée, tu bénéficieras d'un cadre fortement organisé et agile :
- Stand-ups journaliers, poker plannings, code reviews, démos et rétros de fin de sprint, préparation et organisation du travail par l'équipe fonctionnelle et notre Scrum Master, etc.
- Utilisation des outils favorisant l'agilité : JIRA, Figma, Confluence, Slack etc.
Partie intégrante du service IT, le travail d'équipe et l'entraide sont au cœur des valeurs Kerciennes.
Tu seras basé(e) sur notre site de Meylan, proche de Grenoble au pied des montagnes.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, tu devras démontrer une expertise solide dans les domaines suivants :
Compétences techniques :
o Connaissances avancées en gestion d'infrastructures on-premise (VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows)
o Expertise sur Kubernetes
o Connaissances sur les composants et outils cloud-native Kubernetes
o Connaissances avancées sur le CI/CD et l'automatisation
o Connaissances avancées sur l'observabilité (logs, métriques, traces, profiling)
o Connaissances sur le développement logiciel

Vos compétences
Expérience :
o Expérience confirmée (2 à 5 ans minimum) en administration système et réseau.
o Expérience avérée en gestion d'infrastructures.
