Are proficient in React and Javascript
Have hands-on experience with modern development practices and can provide strong, well-reasoned opinions on code quality and coding approaches
Have an expert-level understanding of website design, aesthetics, and usability

Here are more details about the role:
We are primarily looking for U.S., U.K., and Canada-based applicants but will consider top talent from other countries (please note that the $100+/hour pay scale is for U.S.-based applicants and that that scale will differ depending on where a candidate is geographically based - but pay will remain competitive for your geographic area)
You will interface directly with prominent AI researchers from top labs
The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule
We expect a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, but you can work up to 40 hours per week depending on quality of work
This project is currently expected to last for at least one month but the expected timeline can change depending on the AI lab's needs. Projects with high performing experts are often extended
Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor
The selection process involves a ~20 minute virtual interview that assesses your knowledge of design principles and website functionality (e.g., usability, interactivity, and performance)

With respect to pay and legal status:
We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role
We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect based on the number of hours you log
You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor
