We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting healthier, safer, and more sustainable homes while contributing to the development of our data-driven solutions. While we work on building and implementing automated reporting solutions, this role will ensure we continue to provide high-quality insights to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties
Data Reporting: Create and deliver accurate and insightful reports to meet customer requirements and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions.
Report Development: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and develop reporting tools to meet immediate and evolving requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the evolution of our reporting capabilities.
Automation: Support the Data team in identifying repetitive tasks suitable for automation. Collaborate on the development of automated solutions to streamline reporting workflows for the future.
Data Modelling and Visualisation: Use appropriate tools to visualise data and create compelling stories aligned with business goals. Build and refine data models to enhance understanding of complex datasets.
Strategic Data Analysis: Prepare and analyse data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Support strategic decisions by providing robust forecasts and detailed analysis.

About You
Bachelors Degree or relevant commercial experience
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Experience with statistical programming languages such as R and Python.
Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling large datasets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
