Our client is redefining user authentication through powerful behavioural biometrics and AI, creating unique digital DNA profiles for seamless security. They are creating a new field of AI and advancing in exciting new projects that will be industry leading.

Now, they need a Senior AI/ML innovator and Specialist to push the boundaries of AI and take models from breakthrough research to deployment. This is a hands-on director-level leadership role at an exciting start-up company advancing in a new field of AI.

You will have a strong academic and professional background and be highly impactful. We are only looking for the most talented candidates for this search, and you will be compensated accordingly with equity consideration for a very exciting high growth business.

This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the board and offers the opportunity to define AI strategy, infrastructure, and innovation.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you'll drive AI development and manage the processes that keep the machine learning models running smoothly in production.
You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing experimentation with delivery. If you thrive in an environment where you can explore new ideas while getting things done, this could be your ideal role.

The Role:
You will drive end-to-end AI model development, ensuring cutting-edge LLM solutions are designed, deployed, and continuously optimised for performance.

Architect and refine scalable ML pipelines, taking models from prototype to global-scale production
Optimise LLMs for real-world applications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Work with complex real-world datasets, making models robust and adaptive to evolving user behaviours
Develop, test, and monitor AI/ML models, proactively mitigating drift and performance issues
Mentor junior engineers, shaping best practices and fostering technical excellence
Drive AI research into real-world applications, staying ahead of the latest AI advancements
Own AI deployment, ensuring seamless MLOps workflows, automation, and cloud scalability
