An opportunity has arisen for a talented Personal Assistant to join our Support Services team based from our London office 5 days per week. Note this is a 6 months fixed term contract.
Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
The succesful candidate will be part of our national Client Services team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Communicating with our clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams
Undertaking legal tasks to support fee earners
Supporting in the preparation of court bundles
Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements.
Assisting with the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible
Dealing with all matter maintenance
About You
We're looking for a Personal Assistant with a personable nature, who is highly organised and has excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
A minimum of 3 years+ experience in a Legal Personal Assistant/Secretarial role in a law firm setting ideally, or in another regulated environment.
Demonstrable experience providing administrative support to a team of fee-earners.
The ability to support multiple fee earners at any time and to work collaboratively with other Personal Assistants when and where necessary.
A good understanding and knowledge of relevant case management systems.
Brilliant client facing skills along with good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
