We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Support and Integration Specialist to join our clients team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients software applications and systems, providing expert support to both internal teams and external clients. Job Overview:
As our clients Software Support and Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, facilitating system integrations, and ensuring optimal software performance. You will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and contribute to the efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Support:
Provide timely and effective technical support for software-related issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software problems efficiently.
Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate to identify and resolve recurring software issues, suggesting process improvements.
System Integration:
Assist in the integration of software applications and systems for seamless data flow.
Work with project managers to design, implement, and test integration solutions.
Install and configure software applications and integrations, adhering to best practices.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor software performance and identify areas for optimization.
Conduct regular software audits for compliance and functionality.
Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure software security protocols.
Collaboration and Communication:
Participate in software deployment projects, providing user experience insights.
Provide regular updates on support metrics, integration milestones, and software performance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software support and system integration.
Proven experience with integration tools and methodologies (APIs, middleware, ETL).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting diverse software applications (DBMS, CRM, enterprise applications).
Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, C#) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on user experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities
