Our client, a leading ed-tech company offering innovative training and apprenticeship programs to both B2B and B2C audiences, is looking for a highly skilled Brand Strategy Marketing Director to join their team for an 8-month contract. This role will focus on refreshing the brand and website, with a particular emphasis on the company's growing data and AI offerings.

You will report directly to the CMO to develop and implement a new brand strategy and lead the execution of the brand refresh across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CMO to refresh the company’s brand’s wording and visuals.
Partner with an external agency to conduct a brand strategy review, collaborating with the CMO to define the updated brand positioning.
Develop the strategy for brand collateral and lead the internal marketing team to produce high-quality assets.
Manage stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for brand-related initiatives, alleviating pressure on the CMO’s workload.
Work with a project manager to ensure the smooth execution of the brand refresh internally, working across the design team to implement the strategy.
Provide leadership within the marketing team, offering guidance on brand and collateral production, ensuring that all materials align with the refreshed brand vision.
Contribute to the brand’s overall positioning and messaging across various channels.

Key Requirements:
5+ experience in brand marketing, with proven experience working on a brand refresh, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C experience.
Proven experience working with creative agencies and branding agencies to develop impactful campaigns and brand strategies.
Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Strong project management skills, including experience working with project managers to deliver successful brand initiatives.

Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 months
Rate: 80-95k FTC depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in London office
