Job Description
In our continuous pursuit of service excellence, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMO) to lead the Transition Process Model (TPM), ensuring seamless operationalisation of UK&I contracts and transformation initiatives.
You will be responsible for delivering structured governance, setting project management standards, and ensuring consistency and transparency across all transition projects.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering exposure to dynamic project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Managing project plans
Holding task owners accountable
Reviewing actions and risks
Confident in challenging when necessary
Building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
About You
Proven Project Management or PMO experience within the Facilities Management (FM) sector
Experienced in the use of Project Management tools such as MS Project/Monday.Com
Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work using own initiative, plan and anticipate needs before they arise
Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to command respect and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders
Positive team working ethos and commitment to delivery and learning
Fluent in English (second language a bonus)
Experienced working in a diverse environment with multiple cultures and nationalities
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
