Methods are looking for a Data Business Analyst for an ongoing contract. The role falls Inside IR35, required a mixture of onsite and remote working.

Hybrid Working - 3 days on site / 2 remote
Role Duties:
Work with a team of delivery managers, business analysts through providing guidance and mentorship. Ensure the team follows best practices in business analysis and requirements management and assist in training new BAs and leading performance assessments for BA team members.
Identify areas for business process improvement and by applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies make recommendations for changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise workflows and implement effective solutions that focus on simplification.
Fulfil the role of Business Analyst on change projects and BAU, for which there are likely to be multiple concurrent projects at any one time, with primary focus on implementing and on-going maintenance of the lending platform.
Ensure the completion of key project documentation (requirements documents, epics, stories, process, and customer journey maps, target operating model) to a high quality on all projects.
Ensure the requirements' gathering process is followed effectively ensuring that requirements are fully traceable to solution design, delivered solution components and test scope.
Ensure the team maintains a focus on simplification and efficiency in all deliverables.
Essential Experience:
6+ years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Ability to elicit, analyse, document, and manage requirements end-to-end.
Experience of working in Agile based projects (SCRUM/KANBAN) with ability to write high quality epics, features, and user stories.
Ability to apply a repertoire of business analysis tools and techniques on projects, adapting the approach where required.
Structured approach to problem solving.
Banking experience preferred

The Data Exploitation Practitioner will work alongside Intercept Case Officers to analyse sensitive intelligence data to identify and extract information of intelligence value. You will provide direct support to operations by utilising your experience, skills and knowledge to gather, develop, and analyse intelligence. In addition to supporting operations using cutting-edge technology, you will also be responsible for more strategic work such as inputting into future capability requirements, developing tradecraft and knowledge to share with the team, wider community, and our partners. Key responsibilities: Work alongside Intercept Case Officers to analyse sensitive intelligence data to identify and extract information of intelligence value. About ERSOU The Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) is dedicated to tackling serious organised crime and the terrorism threat across the Eastern Region. Created in 2010, ERSOU is funded by the seven police forces that make up the Eastern Region, with Bedfordshire Police being the lead force.
