Votre futur environnement de travail :
Les équipes Sopra Steria Transport accompagnent au quotidien leurs clients pour optimiser les plans de transports, superviser la circulation, planifier la gestion des ressources et de la capacité, tout cela pour permettre d’augmenter la part modale du transport ferroviaire et urbain. Cette contribution est déterminante pour aider nos clients à concrétiser les enjeux de transition énergétique portés par le secteur.
Les projets, réalisées quasi-exclusivement en engagement de résultats, portent sur la mise en œuvre de solutions temps réel, à fort enjeux de performances ou encore de redesign de SI historiques pour les adapter aux nouvelles attentes des métiers.
Dans le cadre de notre développement auprès de nos clients grands comptes du monde du transport, nous recherchons un Chef de projet disposant d'une solide expérience sur le métier de Chef de projet (gestion du projet/opération/reporting, gestion de l'engagement et développement des compétences de l'équipe) et souhaitant évoluer rapidement dans un contexte stimulant.

Votre rôle et missions
- Vous organisez et gérez toutes les phases du projet, de l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la mise en production mais aussi le suivi des applications en production
- Vous assurez les indicateurs et reporting du projet
- Vous vous assurez de la réalisation des projets dans les délais impartis
- Vous coordonnez l'ensemble des acteurs Client et Prestataires et vous alignez toutes les parties prenantes
- Vous contribuez à la préparation des différents supports d'ateliers / de décision
- Vous apportez du support aux différents utilisateurs / métier
- Vous coordonnez les incidents majeurs et les actions à mettre en place pour les résoudre
- Vous participez à l'amélioration permanente des processus, procédures, normes et méthodes, les respecter et veiller à leur application dans le cadre des projets gérés.

They work closely with engineering, product management, and corporate cybersecurity teams to ensure robust security practices throughout the product lifecycle. This role combines technical expertise, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, innovative solutions for the growing EV & Prosumer markets. Your role : adapting, leading adoption and controlling implementation of the Schneider Electric Secure Development Lifecycle framework within their scope, driving the compliance to Secure Lifecycle Management Policy and other cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices, both for the products & IT systems, advising product engineering & digital stakeholders on cybersecurity technical requirements for the development of secure products and systems within their scope.
