Pour notre siège social, nous recherchons un Support IT Engineer motivé.
Vos Responsabilités
Premier point de contact pour les questions et le support informatique.
Installation et maintenance des logiciels et du matériel informatique.
Résolution de problèmes via un système de ticketing, à la fois sur site et à distance.
Automatisation et efficacité via la création de scripts PowerShell.
Planification et documentation des processus IT, des applications et des priorités.

Formation en IT ou expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Connaissance de Microsoft (AD, 365, RDS) ; une gestion de réseau de base est un plus.
Compétences en communication en néerlandais, anglais et français de base.
Orienté client, pratique et désireux d'apprendre avec une approche structurée.
Flexible et prêt à fournir un support sur site lorsque nécessaire.
