Are you our new IT Support Engineer?

For our headquarters, we are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer.

Your Responsibilities

First point of contact for IT-related questions and support.
Installation & maintenance of software and hardware.
Troubleshooting & issue resolution via a ticketing system, both on-site and remotely.
Automation & efficiency through PowerShell scripting.
Planning & documentation of IT processes, applications, and priorities.

What do we expect from you?

IT education or experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Microsoft (AD, 365, RDS); basic network management is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and basic French.

Flexible and willing to provide on-site support when needed.
