Role Description
We are looking for an M&A Intern (4-6 months) to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our deal team on financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation tasks related to M&A transactions. You will gain exposure to high-growth companies and investors, supporting strategic decision-making in live deals.

Qualifications
Analytical skills and finance knowledge
Experience in due diligence and accounting practices
Understanding of investments and financial analysis
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
