VOTRE RÔLE, VOTRE AVENIR
En tant que test manager au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes :
Construction de projets de transformation fonctionnelle et technique en apportant votre expertise en stratégie de tests au service de nos clients
Vous animez la communauté Testing Méditerranée de nos communautés métier
Vous intervenez sur la phase d’avant-vente et vous vous assurez de la qualité du delivery auprès du client.
Vous participez à la stratégie Testing : formation, recrutement, promotion des talents
Vous assurez la veille technologique de votre marché en lien avec les offres du Groupe
Piloter une équipe de tests en respectant les engagements
Organiser et mettre en œuvre les tests des différents projets
Tests techniques, automatisation de tests
Etablir et piloter les stratégies de tests
Contribuer à améliorer les processus de tests
Environnement : Git, kubernetes, Jenkins, HP ALM, Service Now, Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, certification ISTQB, Test Manager, environnement agile.
Ce que nous recherchons : Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que test manager, bon niveau d’anglais, capacité d’adaptation, autonomie, être force de proposition, esprit d’équipe.
