1st Line Support Engineer – 3-Month Contract (Extension Available) – OUTSIDE IR35 – Onsite - Runcorn, UK
We’re seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for one of our clients in Runcorn, UK. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role requires hands-on IT support across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote access tools.
1st Line Support Engineer Requirements:
Experience handling and resolving 1st Line IT support tickets efficiently.
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and user account management.
Experience providing onsite IT support in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of remote access tools and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems.
Experience working in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
