Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Tester fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:
Define test cases;
Build test scenarios and scripts for automated tests;
Coordinate and execute tests;
Report on test results.
Requirements
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
At least 5 years of experience with Test Cases, testing IT applications and manual functional testing;
At least 3 years of experience with SQL statements writing and SQL scripting for data validation and verification, used in test scenarios;
At least 2 years of experience with Jira;
At least 2 years of experience with developing and executing automated test scripts for IT applications using test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber or similar;
At least 2 years of experience with Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation and version control systems;
At least 2 years of experience with version control systems such as Git;
At least 1 year of experience with Postman or SoapUI for automated API testing, including the development of scripts and validations for integration testing;
Experience with test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases;
Knowledge of Test Management Tool and Defect Tracking Tool;
Excellent command of the English language.
