Role Overview
You’re the glue that holds everything together. As a Junior Client Solutions Manager at Kyra, you’ll work closely under a Senior CSM, acting as a trusted partner for our clients and a key driver of internal execution. Your focus will be execution, organization, and reporting—keeping campaigns on track, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing processes. Beyond management, you’ll own results, anticipate challenges, and push for excellence. By translating client goals into action, delivering insights, and fostering trust, you’ll help ensure we consistently exceed expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Relationship Management
Be the go-to for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they feel supported.
Use data, client feedback, and campaign performance to craft strategies that go beyond meeting KPIs—they exceed them.
Solution Building & Communication
Anticipate client concerns and proactively offer solutions, making complex problems feel simple.
Communicate effectively through reports, emails, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in post-campaign reporting by gathering data and providing key insights.
Client-Centric Execution
Understand what success looks like for the client and ensure deliverables align with their goals.
Identify challenges early and work with internal teams to develop solutions.
Growth & Retention
Support the growth of key accounts by tracking performance, ensuring consistent value delivery, and identifying new opportunities.
Align campaigns with client success metrics to drive long-term relationships.
Project Management
Work closely with the Senior CSM on a major international retail account, assist with internal team communication, and drive process optimizations.
Use data insights to forecast outcomes and continuously improve campaign performance.
Maintain accurate tracking sheets and keep campaign records structured and accessible.
Planning & Coordination:
Organize internal and external call agendas, track timelines across regions/activations, and ensure follow-ups are implemented.
What You Bring
Strong organizational skills – You thrive in structure, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accessible.
Data-driven mindset – Comfortable working with numbers, tracking performance metrics, and providing key insights.
Clear communicator – Confident in articulating updates, insights, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
Problem solver – Proactively identifies inefficiencies and works towards optimizing internal processes.
Experience in digital, PR, advertising, or influencer marketing (1-2 years preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, based in the UK/EU.
